SHIPPING POLICY

 

Orders shipped within the Domestic US over $99 qualify for free standard shipping (Standard delivery average 5-8 business days once shipped). Please note that some exclusions apply.

 

SHIPPING CARRIERS (DOMESTIC US)

Most orders shipped within the United States will ship via USPS or UPS for standard shipping. We also offer expedited shipping rates which are offered and calculated at the time of checkout.

 

SHIPPING TIME (DOMESTIC US)

Items typically leave our facility within 48 hours after an order is placed. Average shipping time within Continental US ranges between 5-8 business days after leaving our facility. Most orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and include tracking.

 

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE US

Orders shipped outside of the US will be shipped with UPS or USPS (International Air / International Priority Mail) depending on your shipping preference and availability. Average shipping time outside of the US varies from country to country. In some cases, international shipments will experience delays due to customs, and unfortunately, we cannot control this type of delay. You may also be responsible for any import or customs fees for your delivery depending on your country.

 

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order is updated to “shipped” status, but your shipping confirmation email doesn't arrive within 48 hours, please contact Mike@SureShotPromotions.com for more information about your order.
